Banbury Showcases at ULI Marketplace
Banbury was proud to participate in this year’s ULI Austin Marketplace—an event that continues to grow as one of the region’s premier gatherings for real estate professionals, innovators, and community builders. With record attendance and energy, this year’s Marketplace provided an exciting platform to connect, share ideas, and highlight transformative projects shaping Central Texas.
At the event, Banbury showcased two key developments that reflect our commitment to thoughtful, community-driven growth: Colony Park and the Southwestern University 560 Project.
Colony Park: Building a Connected Community
Colony Park represents one of Austin’s most significant opportunities for equitable, large-scale development. Located in Northeast Austin, the project is designed to deliver a vibrant, mixed-use district that integrates housing, green space, commercial opportunities, and civic uses. At Marketplace, our team highlighted the vision for Colony Park as a place that prioritizes connectivity, accessibility, and long-term community benefit.
Southwestern University 560 Project: A New Chapter in Georgetown
We also shared updates on the Southwestern University 560 Project, a forward-looking initiative that aims to enhance the campus edge and surrounding community in Georgetown. The project focuses on creating a dynamic environment that supports student life, fosters local engagement, and introduces complementary uses that benefit both the university and the broader region.
A Strong Showing at ULI Austin Marketplace
This year’s Marketplace was the largest to date, bringing together a diverse group of exhibitors, sponsors, and industry leaders. The event underscored the strength of the Austin market and the shared commitment to shaping places that are resilient, inclusive, and economically vibrant.
