In a transformative move, key leaders from Catellus Development Corporation launched Banbury Development, LLC in 2024. The new venture created a leadership team that has worked together for an average of 20+ years, demonstrating a strong, cohesive team built on shared experience and collaboration. 

In partnership with Catellus, Banbury became the development manager for Mueller (Austin, TX), Colony Park (Austin, TX), the Novus Innovation Corridor (Tempe, AZ), and Victoria Commons (San Antonio, TX), maintaining our ongoing collaborations while exploring new opportunities.
