  • If Thomas can find a dog sitter for the Chihuahua his fiancée, Umi, brought into his life, he’ll spend his free time traveling and attending music concerts with her. He also enjoys kickboxing, a sport he has trained in since high school.

Thomas Quiroz is a financial professional with a proven track record in structuring complex investments, bridging quantitative finance, commercial real estate, private equity, and technology. His expertise lies in architecting proprietary models, securing innovative capital solutions, and streamlining rigorous analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining, Thomas served as Head of Investments at Culdesac Inc, where he directed underwriting for transit-oriented developments and spearheaded debt structuring and recapitalization efforts, securing construction and equity capital for large multi-phased communities.

A graduate of Arizona State University with a Master’s in Real Estate Development, and having also served overseas for the US Marine Corps, Thomas continues to uphold the values and disciplines of the Corps throughout his professional career.
