Shane is an outdoorsman-meets-craftsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, practicing archery, restoring old cars, woodworking, and brewing his own beer. When he’s not tinkering outdoors, he spends his time with his wife Sue, their two grown children, and their two dogs.
Shane Yoder is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of all horizontal improvements for the Novus Innovation Corridor in Tempe, Arizona.
Shane works closely daily with Arizona State University and the City of Tempe. He works with the planners, civil engineers, architects, and contractors to construct the horizontal infrastructure necessary for all Novus development needs. He oversees all wet and dry utilities, stormwater management and retention, landscape, street improvements, environmental, and geotechnical operations.
Prior to joining Banbury, Shane was with Catellus Development Corporation beginning in 2017. Shane also spent 15 years with DMB Associates, Inc., where he served as Senior Construction Manager. He was a Senior Construction Manager and was responsible for all site-related construction activities on an 8,800-acre project called Verrado along with other DMB projects within the valley. He was involved in all design and managed the construction of the community infrastructure, golf courses, drainage and retention systems, parks and open spaces, roadways, water and wastewater, and dry utilities necessary to deliver turnkey lots to home builders within the community.
Shane holds a Class A General Engineering Construction License in Arizona.
