Priya Prajapati serves as Project Administrator for Banbury. In her current role, Priya prepares and processes vendor invoices, oversees construction closeouts, ensures compliance with insurance and contracts, and collaborates with contractors and vendors on payment requests. She also maintains detailed project documentation, tracks property tax bills, and partners with the Accounting Manager to streamline internal processes, ensuring efficient operations across all projects.

Priya previously managed invoices, supported project managers, and oversaw accounting for key projects including Mueller, Victoria Commons, and Colony Park when she joined Catellus in June 2021. Prior to Catellus, Priya gained over three years of experience as an AP Coordinator and Corporate Banking Specialist at Kuehne + Nagel. She holds a degree from Rutgers Business School.
